Fresh Milled Organic Grain
Fresh-milled flour is at it's most alive - milled in small batches to capture the full flavor, aroma, and nutrition of the grain. When flour is milled and un-sifted, it keeps the whole grain intact - bran, germ, and endosperm - all together as God intended. This means whatever you're making is not only more flavorful, but also more nourishing. Fresh-milled whole grain flour is rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats that help to support overall wellness.

Nearly every loaf we bake includes a portion of fresh milled organic whole grain. We are thrilled to be able to offer this to you - our neighbors - to bring into your home kitchens as well.

Organic Einkorn
Organic Khorosan
Organic Spelt
One of the oldest cultivated grains, einkorn has a delicate, slightly sweet flavor. It's higher in protein and antioxidants than modern wheat, yet gentle on the gut, making it a deliciously nutritious choice.
Also known as Kamut, this golden, ancient grain with a buttery, slightly sweet taste. Khorosan is high in protein, selenium, and antioxidants, creating bread and baked goods that are rich, hearty, and deeply nourishing.
An ancient cousin of wheat with a mildly sweet, nutty flavor. Spelt is easier to digest that modern wheat and is naturally rich in fiber, protein, and minerals - making for a soft, wholesome treat.
Organic Rye
Beloved for its bold, tangy flavor and dense, hearty character. Rye is rich in fiber, minerals, and antioxidants, and supports healthy digestion. Perfect for loaves that are earthy, nourishing, and deeply satisfying.
Organic Yecora Rojo
Our every-day workhorse grain, this richly flavored hard red wheat is known for its earthy taste and excellent baking qualities. Yecora Rojo is high in protein and gluten strength, making it ideal for hearty sourdough loaves with a deep, satisfying flavor.

Fresh Milled flour is now available at the bakery.

Fresh Milled whole-grain flour will be available for pick-up on Tuesdays and Saturdays beginning November 1, 2025.

Pre-order only
Fresh Milled whole-grain will only be available by pre-order. All orders must be placed and paid for by Thursday for a Saturday pick-up, and all orders must be placed and paid for by Sunday for a Tuesday pick-up.
Orders can be placed online or in person at the bakery.

Limited Quantities
All grain will be Milled within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up date. Limited quantities of each type of grain will be available for pre-order for each pick-up date.
