There may be an I in chicken, but there is no I in team. Whether sweeping, mixing, washing, or shaping, (or hanging out eating snacks right in the middle of all the action) everyone is an integral part of making the sourdough magic happen.

Born May 2, 2020, Breadly is responsible for spreading carby goodness to 10 states and multiple countries.
Jenna Chapa
Baker
Currently working on converting her diet to consist entirely of sourdough, Jenna spends more time than not at the bakery.
When not at the bakery, chances are she's trying to carry both Max and Poppy at the same time.

The Man Behind The Scenes that helps everything run (as) smoothly (as it can). You'll find Chris at the booth at the Bonners Ferry Farmers Market on Saturdays, and at home wrangling goats, chickens, and children the rest of the time.

Poppy
Quality Control
Poppy Kolache is the head Taste Tester at Chapa Chicken Ranch Bakery. She's very thorough at testing the Honey Chocolate Chip.
Charlotte
Baker's Assistant
Charlotte joined the Chapa Chicken Ranch Crew in May 2025 and has become an invaluable member of the team. She's at the shop most days and will probably be the first one to greet you when you come in.
It takes a village
What started as a hobby in a Texas kitchen has grown into something that truly has become a dream come true. What we do at the Chapa Chicken Ranch would not be possible with out the hard work and dedication of our team, as well as the love and support of our family, friends, and neighbors.
